My Bulgarian whistle blower sent documentation showing that there is an all out war against several nations, including the U.S. and pointed to ridiculous raising or permissible radiation and poison levels. See image below notes for one example. His information follows:

"In March 2013, I participated in the Conference dedicated to the two-year anniversary of the nuclear terrorist act and the covert nuclear war in the blowing of a nuclear reactor at the Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan, which took place at the University of Medicine of New York, USA. The conference, for the first time, was attended by the then-living academician Yablakov. I sent a message to Moscow publicly that the secrets of the unannounced nuclear war of the Russian army against humanity were already revealed, and I described to all the participants the facts and evidence of this crime against humanity.
